CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice is required. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. You will not be able to reschedule the missed appointment until the fee is paid. If you are a no call/no show for your scheduled appointment, OR if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be subject to a fee of 100% of the service scheduled and the appointment will be forfeited.
